12.00 Noon Cathedral Steward changes shift
The Cathedral Stewards are made up of volunteers, there are nearly 200 volunteers in the Cathedral without them the Cathedral could not function nearly as well as it does.
12.00 Noon Chapter Meeting finishes
The Chapter of the Cathedral consists of the Dean, 3 Residentiary Canons, 3 Chapter Canons (two of whom should be Lay)
12.00 Noon Full menu starts and approximately 2-300 meals are served at lunchtime.
The Restaurant attracts a large and loyal following of regular local customers who enjoy the home cooked meals at attractive prices.
