Camera and video permits
You should obtain a Camera Permit and/or a Video Permit from the Cathedral Shop at the start of your visit. The Camera Permit is £1 and the Video Permit is £3. Permission for the use of a tripod must be obtained from the Cathedral Office prior your visit

St Mary’s Aisle
St Mary’s Aisle was originally the south asile of the old Parish Church which had stood on this spot since the sixteenth century. When that church was demolished it was decided that it would be extremely fitting to keep part of it as a reminder of the history of the site and so it was incorporated into the new building.
