Truro Cathedral Restaurant/Café is a hidden gem at the heart of Truro, providing local food to our visitors and enjoying a growing reputation as a place to eat in Truro city centre. Located in the Chapter House at the rear of the cathedral, the café is a lovely meeting place for friends who enjoy coffee and a chat, as well as a location for hearty breakfasts, delicious lunches, morning and afternoon freshly made cakes and snacks. A children's menu is also offered.
Once a month, a traditional Sunday lunch is served in carvery style and, of course, from November to December delicious Christmas dinners are available. From February to July, the restaurant also offers Wednesday Specials on breakfast and carvery lunches. Visit our What's On page for full details. We have also recently opened a small coffee shop at the Old Cathedral School building, overlooking the cathedral green providing delicious coffee, teas, sweet treats, and a range of take-away salads and sandwiches.
