Join MindFit for a calming afternoon of well-being on Friday 30th July from 14:00 - 17:00. All adults are welcome to join this unique retreat. The afternoon will begin with a beautiful breathing session and advice on how to improve your breathing and well-being. Next, move and stretch your entire body in an uplifting movement class, followed by a singing workshop in which you'll learn how to sing to increase well-being and finally experience complete relaxation and meditation. A special treat will be the opportunity to sing out loud in the amazing acoustics of the cathedral for your ears only as you enjoy exclusive access to this grand venue.
You will need to bring a blanket and mat. Light refreshments will be provided but do bring your water bottle. The cost is £40 for the three-hour mini-retreat.
MindFitcornwall is run by Helen Gaskin, and provides opportunities for everyone to improve their well-being. Helen will come with Caroline Childs, a wonderful singing teacher.
