On Saturday 21 July, hundreds of eager concert goers poured into the cathedral for Truro Symphony Orchestra's Summer Concert. The Russian theme didn't disappoint with a highlight being Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf, expertly narrated by our very own Dean! The orchestra members all generously donated their services, and for the second year running requested that all proceeds from the concert go to support music making in the cathedral. A total of over £1500 was generated on the night and has since been passed to the cathedral. We extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to the orchestra for their generous support and another fantastic concert.
