Remember our Child

Every year, Truro Cathedral welcomes parents, carers, family members and friends to the ‘Remember our Child Service.’ This important annual service offers an opportunity for anyone affected by the loss of children of all ages and with those who also know that pain. The service uses song, prayer, silence, music, and the lighting of candles to express sadness and hope. All are welcome to this poignant pastoral service, those of faith, those of different faiths and anyone simply looking for support. This service has taken place in Cornwall’s cathedral for 30 years or more and will be led this year by the Reverend Keiren Marwood.   Refreshments will be served in the Chapter House after the service.

If you wish your child's name to be read out during the Remember Our Child service, please complete the online form by Wednesday 6 May.
