Light a Virtual Candle

Welcome to the Truro Cathedral Light a Virtual Candle page. A donation is not a requirement to light a virtual candle but the cathedral would ask you to consider a donation however small in order for the cathedral to continue its life and work. To do this please visit the cathedral JustGiving page

If you would like to 'light' a candle please fill in the form below with the name and any comment or prayer that you would like to accompany your candle (remember to tick 'I am not a robot' box). This will be submitted to the cathedral team. Once approved your lighted candle will be published within 6 hours of submission from Monday to Friday and the next working day if submitted on a weekend.  Your candle will be visible on this page for 48 hours.  Please remember that any details you give will be published on a public platform and we would recommend that you gain permission if sharing details about other people where appropriate.

Please visit the prayers page for prayers which includes prayers for lighting a candle

STEPHEN CLEOBURY

Remembering Stephen Cleobury on the first anniversary of his death (22nd November) He gave so much to the church and to music. Died on St Cecilia’s day which was rather fitting. Rest in peace and thank you for all your music.
